Where to buy

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 kilo of wild mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • A few sprigs of thyme and fresh oregano
  • 10 baby carrots, pre-boiled
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Place two teaspoons of olive oil on an iron grill or in a frying pan and grease. When the oil is hot, add the pre-boiled baby carrots with a teaspoon of creamy, salty, golden butter.

Follow the same process in a separate pan with wild mushrooms. Cook until they turn spectacularly golden. Check that they’re slightly crispy, before adding salt and pepper.

Add a touch of lemon juice into the mix and add salt and pepper to serve. This is a dish that tastes especially excellent alongside GatoNegro Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
